Jay Reiziss and Charles McMahon have respectively joined McDermott’s Washington and Chicago offices from an IP boutique firm. The two lawyers have years of experience with telecom companies and international trade, emphasizing the Chinese telecommunications market and disputes before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Mr. Reiziss said he was “drawn by the firm’s strong brand recognition and hope to be able to expand my current client counseling into areas beyond IP,” while Mr. McMahon emphasized that “McDermott’s deep and broad platform will provide new opportunities for both me and my clients.”
