Terrence Dee, a prominent trial lawyer with extensive experience in cellphone liability defense, has become a partner in the Chicago office. As a first-chair trial lawyer, Mr. Dee played an instrumental role in defending a major cellphone maker against claims (including a 26-suit multidistrict litigation) that its mobile phones are harmful, and also represented a leading wireless industry association in a Ninth Circuit decision that blocked the city of San Francisco’s attempt to implement a cellphone radiation warning law.
