Jeffrey Stone said of McDermott’s selection by Law360 as Pro Bono firm of 2014 that “we’ve worked very hard to create an environment in which people realize that pro bono time is highly valued at the firm,” to which pro bono litigation partner Jocelyn Francoeur added that the Firm emphasizes pro bono work “in countries where it’s not as ingrained as it is in the U.S.” Lawyers who were highlighted for contributing to McDermott’s 82,500 pro bono hours last year included Todd Solomon, Megan Thibert-Ind, Andrew Kratenstein and Audrey Lu.
