State Street Bank Escapes GM Workers’ ERISA Class Action

Bill Boies and Nancy Ross successfully represented, as co-counsel, a leading investment management firm in a Michigan federal judge’s dismissal of an ERISA lawsuit claiming failure to prudently manage stock in two retirement plans. The judge held that the plaintiffs failed to meet their burden to show that the firm’s actions were unreasonable.
