Anthony Upshaw, Lauren Evans, Kerry Scanlon and Jeremy White successfully represented Burger King as a Florida federal judge rejected a class action accusing the company of printing too many card digits on receipts. The judge held that the plaintiff had failed to allege the type of concrete injury necessary to establish standing under the US Supreme Court’s Spokeo decision.
