Telecom Companies File Brief with Minnesota Supreme Court in Qui Tam Suit

Catherine Battin and Megan Thibert-Ind are co-counsel for three telecom companies which are among the many respondents submitting a brief to argue that the Minnesota Supreme Court should affirm the decision of the court of appeals that a false claims act suit for the alleged underpayment of telecommunications charges was prohibited because the telecommunications charges are taxes under state law.
