Charles McMahon, Jay Reiziss, Michael Nadel, Natalie Bennett, Brian Jones, Brittany Washington, Amy Mahan and Jodi Baker represented a telecommunications company before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which vacated a lower court ruling that the case should stay in the Eastern District of Texas. “We are pleased with the Federal Circuit’s decision on this important issue, which provides uniformity and certainty for litigants and district courts across the country,” Mr. McMahon said.
