The EEOC Releases Wellness Program Guidelines



Jacob Mattinson and Finn Pressly wrote this bylined article on a lawsuit filed against the EEOC’s final regulations for wellness program ADA compliance. A federal district court ordered the EEOC to develop new guidelines because of the lawsuit, and the authors wrote that “employers should continually review their wellness programs to ensure they are structured correctly and that the appropriate notices are provided to employees in light of the guidance issued by the EEOC.”
