Adam, managing partner of McDermott’s Miami office, offers deep experience in both health care transactions and health care regulatory law. He represents private equity funds, strategic investors, entrepreneurs, and other operators as they pursue and execute mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions driving innovation within the health care industry. Adam is a Florida Board Certified Specialist in Health Law and regularly advises clients across the United States on regulatory issues that affect their operations and deals.
