McDermott Advises Eurazeo on its Acquisition of a Majority Stake in SMP Energies

McDermott Will & Emery advised Eurazeo on its acquisition of a majority stake in SMP Energies, a leading geothermal drilling contractor and well workover company, through its Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund (EPBF).

This is EPBF’s second investment since the fund’s first closing.
