International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte advised Five Arrows Manager SAS (as sponsor) and Axis Arbor (as debt advisor) in connection with a financing made available by Morgan Stanley and McQuarie Group for the Sponsor’s acquisition of Hublo.
Hublo is a company focused on transforming healthcare by improving how human resources are managed within healthcare organizations. They offer a SaaS platform designed to help healthcare facilities recruit, manage, and retain staff, ultimately freeing up caregivers to focus on patient care. Founded in 2016, Hublo serves thousands of institutions and over a million caregivers across various sectors like public hospitals, private clinics, and social care.
Five Arrows is the investment arm of Rothschild & Co, its corporate private equity business focuses on investing in middle market companies across Europe and North America.
The cross-border from McDermott was led by partner and European head of finance Aymen Mahmoud and included counsel Giulia Venanzoni, both in London. Associate Clarisse de Roux also advised in Paris.
