Sarah focuses her practice on transactional and regulatory matters in the health care industry, advising a wide range of clients, including nonprofit and for-profit health systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, drug and device manufacturers, and contract research organizations. Her experience extends to post-acute and sub-acute providers, such as home health and hospice agencies, therapy providers, behavioral health organizations, and senior living facilities.
