June 9, 2025 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce Stephanie Stein has been named to CRE Finance Council’s 2025 20 Under 40 list.
A partner within McDermott’s New York office, Stephanie focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, mortgages and mezzanine financings, leasing, and joint ventures. Her practice spans a broad range of asset classes, including commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, office, hotel, mixed-use and senior living.
With a diverse background representing buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers, Stephanie brings a unique vantage point as she negotiates and guides her clients through various transactions. Her experience includes large portfolio deals, intricate corporate matters and structuring complex credit facilities. Stephanie also represents landlords and tenants on their leases nationwide.
