Amanda Smith focuses her practice on litigaiton matters, where she represents clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Amanda served as a law clerk at the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for the Hon. D. Michael Fisher, as a legal extern at the Women’s Law Project and as a legal intern in the Public Integrity Section of the US Department of Justice. Amanda was symposium editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law & Public Affairs.
