He also has significant experience with emerging managers, independent sponsors, co-investments, customized managed accounts, outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) platforms, and Investment Advisers Act issues. Prem brings a practical, execution-oriented approach and hands on leadership to guide clients through complex matters.

On the investor side, Prem regularly represents institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, high net worth individuals, anchor investors, and strategic limited partners (LP) in concentrated or bespoke primary investments, strategic relationships, and secondary transactions.
