Brian M. Bunn represents clients in the full range of corporate transactions and financings, including mergers, stock and asset purchases and sales, venture capital investments, joint ventures, restructurings and recapitalizations. Brian has deep experience in the life sciences, healthcare, medical device and technology fields. He also advises clients with interests and operations in the food and beverages, energy and manufacturing industries, among other sectors. Brian leads the Boston corporate practice.
Brian regularly counsels emerging companies, particularly in the life sciences and technology fields, from start-up through seed, debt and equity financings, commercial contracts, acquisitions and dispositions. He also acts as outside general counsel to a number of companies.
Brian’s international experience includes transactions involving businesses in Asia, Europe and Central America.
