Daniel (Danny) A. Fernández focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters.
While in law school, Danny was a legal intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, Complex Frauds and Cybercrime Unit. He also interned for the Honorable George B. Daniels in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Daniel served as a Notes Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review.
