Margaret Elliott focuses her practice on the audit of asbestos bankruptcy trust claims and personal injury claims processors. Margaret works with trial teams in preparation for mediations and settlement negotiations involving audit deficiencies and the sufficiency of evidence submitted in connection with claims. She also oversees the process of complex compliance evaluations.
Prior to joining McDermott, Margaret helped defend an international airline client in a multidistrict litigation antitrust matter, regularly defended insurer clients in court and was involved in transactional matters for various international airlines.
