Gary has experience with a broad range of commercial disputes, including those involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and business torts, as well as insurance-related disputes.
He has substantial experience representing defendants and plaintiffs in every stage of state and federal court litigation and arbitration, from the initial drafting of pleadings through fact and expert discovery, summary judgment, trial, and appeals, as well as helping guide clients through mediation and settlement negotiations.
Gary is also committed to advancing the public good and maintains a robust pro bono practice, representing individuals and nonprofit organizations in high-impact litigation involving issues such as civil and constitutional rights, asylum and immigration status, tenants’ rights, and human trafficking.
