Advises on complex commercial litigation, securities litigation and government enforcement matters, including enforcement proceedings before the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

George represents major corporations, financial institutions, broker-dealers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other asset managers, and their senior executives.

He also regularly advises clients on matters relating to litigation finance.
