Lisa Gerson focuses her practice on complex commercial, products liability, environmental and toxic tort litigation matters. She advises clients on business operations and contracts, with an emphasis on matters regarding compliance with environmental regulations.
Lisa was previously with McDermott as a summer associate in the Trial Department. Prior to that, she worked as a research assistant for Professor Chai Feldblum at the Workplace Flexibility Initiative & Federal Legislation Clinic at Georgetown University Law Center.
While in law school, Lisa was the editor in chief for The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.
