Rachel’s areas of expertise include payment systems, federal and state healthcare legislation, and delivery system and payment reform. She is adept at developing and interpreting Medicare payment policies and methodologies.
Prior to joining McDermott+, Rachel was a senior consultant for a national healthcare research and consulting firm.
