Kristin Hendriksen concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, including breach of contract disputes, business divorces, workplace investigations, and employment agreement and severance negotiations. She represents clients in federal and state courts nationwide, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Kristin is skilled in all phases of litigation, including fact development, managing discovery disputes, preparing witnesses and experts, drafting and arguing motions, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristin served as a law clerk for Judge John A. Mendez in the US District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Kristin maintains a robust pro bono practice, with a particular interest in voting rights litigation and eviction defense.
