Überblick
Matt is a member of the Firm’s Investment Funds Group. He represents private fund clients including private equity funds, funds of funds and other pooled investment vehicles in connection with formation, capital raising, structuring, formation, investor negotiations and ongoing operations.
During law school, Matt served as a legal intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance and the Division of Trading and Markets. Matt was also a legal intern for the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission in the Office of Cooperative Enforcement.
