Mike advises investors in private companies at all stages of development in the information technology, life sciences, financial services, energy/cleantech and telecommunications sectors. He also advises on PIPEs, at-the-market and similar financings for publicly listed companies.

He represents startups and growth-stage companies in a full range of financial and strategic transactions, including debt and equity financings, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, licensing arrangements and other complex commercial matters.
