Reuben Bank provides guidance  on transactional and regulatory matters in the healthcare sector, with a distinct focus on hospital and health system mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and physician practice management. As part of his transactional practice, Reuben works closely with clients looking to form tax-exempt entities and apply for tax-exempt status, while helping them comply with Internal Revenue Code Section 501(r).

In addition to his transactional work, Reuben maintains an active regulatory practice, guiding clients in the digital health space through complex information blocking regulations and the legal nuances of the growth of artificial intelligence in healthcare.

While in law school, Reuben worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson of the US District Court for the Central District of California.
