Kamal Sleiman is an experienced litigator representing individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of complex and high-stakes business disputes. He advises clients in various industries, including healthcare, healthcare services, medical diagnostics, private equity, financial services, construction and hospitality.
Kamal focuses his practice on commercial litigation and arbitration involving complex transactions and investments, corporate governance, buy-out disputes, minority shareholder oppression, enforcement of restrictive covenants, complex contract disputes, internal corporate and compliance investigations, and fraud. He also has extensive experience representing private equity funds, venture capital funds and other investment groups in connection with complex post-closing and indemnification disputes in the context of acquisitions, divestitures, and investments made in a variety of highly regulated sectors.
