Daniel Thomson focuses his practice on corporate restructuring and trust. He represents debtors, bondholders, secured and unsecured creditors, and strategic investors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court debt restructurings and other insolvency situations.
While in law school, Daniel was an articles editor for the Alabama Law Review.
