Katie Yonover is a member of the Insurance Transactions and Regulation Group. She represents insurance, financial and private equity clients in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and provides counseling on insurance regulatory matters and commercial relationships.
While earning her law degree, Katie externed at the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and at a national law firm. She was also associate editor and articles editor of the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy.
