In this update, our McDermott team led by Lee Schneider, will share the latest developments related to, and answer questions about, FinCEN’s recent statement on potential registration requirements for token issuers. We will discuss the letter from FinCEN addressed to Senator Ron Wyden and its impact on blockchain projects and market participants.
