Our speakers, Dr. Henning Schwarz of Notariat Schervier + Schwarz and Dr. Nils Wighardt of McDermott Will & Emery will give insights on European inheritance law, will drafting and tax consequences followed by an opportunity for discussion.

Dr. Schwarz’s main areas of focus as a notary include corporate law, family law, inheritance law and real estate law. In the field of inheritance law, Dr. Schwarz regularly advises on wills, inheritance contracts, severance agreements, inheritance planning and execution as well as on issues of anticipated succession, in particular family companies, transfers of businesses and shareholdings. In addition, Dr. Schwarz provides comprehensive advice on corporate and commercial law, in particular on company start-ups and restructurings.
