The National Advertising Division’s (NAD) annual conference, NAD 2022, brings people together to explore the challenges facing the advertising landscape today. Partner Heili Kim will be speaking on the panel, “Claim Substantiation 101: A Survey of Surveys”. She will discuss how surveys are often used to substantiate a variety of claims and come in a variety of models. Panelists will address best practices associated with conducting surveys and provide tips for designing surveys that can pass muster in an NAD proceeding.
