New 340B ADR Proposed Rule

New 340B ADR Proposed Rule

Overview

The Health Resources and Services Administration recently issued a proposed rule to re-implement the 340B administrative dispute resolution (ADR) process. If implemented, the rule would make material changes to key elements of the current ADR process, including the composition of ADR panels, the rules that apply to proceedings, and the types of disputes that can be brought for resolution. Public comments on the proposed rule are due by January 30, 2023.

This webinar will provide an in-depth review of the proposed rule in advance of the January 30 public comment deadline. We will examine the differences between the current ADR process and the proposed rule, and what those changes might mean for 340B stakeholders.
