Overview
Elai Katz is participating at the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Antitrust Law Section’s Annual Meeting. He is moderating a panel titled, “Annual Review of Hot Topics and Developments” that provides attendees with an overview of the key antitrust litigations and investigations of 2023, along with a look forward to anticipated developments in the new year.
During the Annual Meeting, recognized thought leaders of the NYSBA Antitrust Law Section will help practitioners analyze and navigate new and everchanging antitrust waters.
