We invite you to join us for our inaugural Tax Law Breakfast, taking place at Restaurant Operá in Frankfurt on October 15.
We will be discussing a series of topics relating to legal and tax issues over breakfast and in particular, we will be exploring the development of “abuse” in tax law: AO – MLI – ATAD – ECJ and BFH case law, guidelines and decrees and practical experience.
