Overview
McDermott Will & Emery’s Boston Health Industry Advisory team invites you to join us for a series of panel discussions focusing on strategies for addressing the financial and other challenges reshaping the health care delivery system. We will discuss transactions that are shaping what the health system of the future will look like. The program will focus on the following access to capital strategies:
- REIT transactions (a long-standing capital strategy in the post-acute sector) for acute care hospitals
- Sales, or conversions, of non-profit assets and operations to for-profit companies and the resulting access to the capital markets
- The sale of non-core assets (e.g., laboratories, intellectual property) to generate a capital infusion
