Alison Nadel and Emre Ilter wrote the second piece of two-part bylined article on how New York’s Rule 11-b will ease the burden of preparing privilege logs in commercial cases that generate thousands of entries. The authors cited moves to facilitate email chains as “a step towards bringing down the cost associated with privilege logs by limiting the number of emails to be included in the log.”
