International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce New York-based partner Darren Azman has been named to American Bankruptcy Institute’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2021.
Darren focuses his practice on corporate restructurings, creditors’ rights and distressed acquisitions. His clients include private equity sponsors, troubled companies, official creditors’ committees, financial and strategic purchasers of distressed assets and other constituents in connection with in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
