Kirkland & Ellis Represents Zebra in $3.45 Billion Motorola Deal

McDermott partners including Joel Grosberg, Andrea Hamilton and Carla Hine handled the antitrust/competition work for Motorola on the $3.45 billion transaction in which Zebra Technologies purchased the Motorola Solutions mobile computing services unit.
