NEW YORK (November 9, 2022) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that New York-based Partner Lisa Linsky has been named to INvolve’s 2022 Outstanding Top 100 LGBT+ Executives Role Model List. The list, supported by Yahoo Finance, showcases LGBT+ business leaders and allies who are breaking down barriers and creating more inclusive workplaces around the world.
Lisa was McDermott’s first partner-in-charge of Firmwide Diversity and partner-in-charge of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Diversity and Inclusion. She also created and chaired the Firmwide LGBT Committee and currently serves on McDermott’s Pro Bono and Community Service and Diversity and Inclusion Committees.

Honorees of the Outstanding LGBT+ Role Model Lists were nominated by their peers and colleagues and selected based on the work they’ve accomplished to advance LGBTQ+ recognition and inclusion within their own company, in their communities and beyond. A panel comprised of global business representatives selected the Role Models for three categories: Top 100 LGBT+ Executives, Top 50 Ally Executives and Top 100 LGBT+ Future Leaders.
