International law firm McDermott Will & Emery welcomes Adrian Cohen as a senior consultant in its transactions practice in London. Adrian will support the Firm’s established team in advising clients on their most complex cross-border restructurings and special situations.

Bringing more than three decades of experience, Adrian’s background spans multiple sectors, including real estate, hotels and leisure, media and entertainment, aircraft finance, infrastructure and project finance, energy, mining and steel production, financial services and banking. He regularly advises on cross-border mandates, particularly in matters related to continental Europe and emerging markets such as the Gulf and Eastern Europe. Adrian has worked for lenders, agents, security agents, sponsors and corporate borrowers, commercial counterparties, derivative counterparties, and governmental and regulatory agencies.”
