McDermott Will & Emery advised a consortium of lenders including Blue Owl, Golub Capital, Guggenheim Partners and Partners Group, as first and second lien lenders, on their provision for acquisition purposes, including the acquisition of Allocate Software.

Allocate Software is a leading international provider of Human Capital Management solutions, supporting the operational and administrative needs of health, care, defence and commercial sectors. Allocate Software is headquartered in the United Kingdom, with nearly 700 employees, including over 200 in research, development, and product management functions.

Blue Owl Capital is an alternative asset manager that provides investors access to direct lending and GP capital solutions strategies through a variety of vehicles.

Golub Capital is a credit asset manager based in the United States with over $40 billion of capital under management.

Guggenheim Partners is a global investment and advisory financial services firm that engages in investment banking, asset management, capital markets services, and insurance services.

Partners Group is a leading global private markets firm with USD 119 billion in assets under management, including USD 26 billion in private debt. The firm employs more than 1,500 professionals across 20 offices worldwide.
