McDermott Will & Emery Advised Cytune Pharma in Significant Minority Stake Purchase by PPF Group

Emmanuelle Trombe, Benoit Zagdoun and Mathilde Peschard in the Paris office, and London office lawyers Stuart Mathews and Victoria MacLeod, formed the McDermott team that advised French life sciences firm Cytune Pharma on the acquisition of a significant minority stake in the company by PPF Group.
