@ames Ross comments on recent UK tax policy and how it may impact the private equity industry, saying: “Whereas UK-resident private equity executives used to be able to benefit from a headline tax rate of 10 per cent on their carried interest gains … most such gains are now taxed at 28 per cent – and in some cases, are taxed at full income tax rates.”
