Overview
Adam D. Perlman focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters.
While in law school, Adam served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Martin Glenn of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. He also was a Member of the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic where he helped represent startup companies that were at early entity formation stages. Adam was also an Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review.
