Alexandra “Alex” Coleman counsels healthcare clients across the full spectrum of transactional, regulatory and compliance issues that impact the industry. She is particularly focused on supporting strategic investors, healthcare facilities, providers and others as they work together and across sectors to improve healthcare through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other collaborative initiatives.

Prior to joining McDermott, Alex was an associate at a large international law firm where she supported healthcare clients.
