Overview


Alexis D. Soshnick advises banks, alternative and direct lenders, other financial institutions, ad hoc committees and privately held businesses on domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

She delivers strategic advice on all aspects of leveraged and acquisition financings, first and second lien financings, asset-based loans, bridge financings, loan commitments, recapitalizations, refinancings, restructurings, recurring revenue financings and other senior financing transactions. Alexis also represents underwriters in public and private capital markets transactions.

While in law school, Alexis served as an editor of the Cardozo Law Review.

  • Represented Keybank National Association as administrative agent, the lead arrangers and lenders in connection with a $300,000,000 term loan A facility and a $400,000,000 revolving credit facility for Sterling Infosystems, Inc.*
  • Represented Antares as administrative agent, the joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners and lenders in connection with a term loan facility and a revolving credit facility to support Carlyle’s strategic partnership with Orsini Specialty Pharmacy and Consonance Capital Partners*
  • Represented MUFG and other financial institutions as lead arrangers and lenders in connection with the financing of Brightstar Capital Partners’ acquisition of WindsorONE*
  • Represented one of the nation’s largest producers of paper goods and other products in connection with senior secured credit facilities comprised of a term loan, a delayed draw facility and a revolving credit facility*
