Ana A. Koff advises clients on corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and minority investments for public and private companies, private equity sponsors and other investment funds. Ana also provides general corporate counseling to clients and portfolio companies regarding corporate governance, compliance matters and other day-to-day operations. In her practice, she has represented clients and investors across a variety of industries, including software, technology, healthcare, chemicals, metals and mining, and transportation.
