Anna Fosberg focuses her practice on corporate and complex litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery with an emphasis on actions concerning corporate governance, fiduciary duties, books and records demands, contracts and other commercial disputes.

While in law school, Anna served as the executive comments editor of the Penn State Law Review.
