Ashley Ogedegbe provides regulatory and transactional counseling to healthcare providers, specialty physician practices, hospitals and health systems, and digital health companies, as well as investors in the healthcare industry. Within digital health she is particularly focused on the virtual care, telehealth, mobile health and consumer wellness sectors, advising organizations and their investors on a variety of legal, regulatory and compliance matters that can impact their business outcomes.
She is particularly experienced in advising on corporate practice of medicine requirements, federal and state healthcare fraud and abuse compliance matters, professional licensure, credentialing, and Patient Safety Act and patient safety organization requirements. Ashley also assists clients in all aspects of healthcare transactions, including private equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic affiliations. Whether executing complex transactions or providing tailored regulatory guidance, she goes above and beyond to find solutions rather than restrictions.
During law school Ashley served as the managing editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy.
